CoreReview ("we," "us," or "our") helps local businesses manage their Google reviews with AI-drafted replies. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using CoreReview, you agree to the practices described here.

We collect only what we need to provide the service:

• Account details such as name, email, and password.
• Business profile information you provide during onboarding.
• Review content and metadata pulled from Google Business Profile after you connect it.
• Usage data such as logins, actions taken, and errors, used to improve the product.

We use your information to operate CoreReview, draft suggested review replies, generate insights, provide customer support, secure the platform, and communicate important updates. We never sell customer data.

You own your Google Business Profile data. CoreReview only accesses your Google Business Profile after you explicitly authorize the connection via Google's OAuth flow. You may disconnect at any time from your settings, which revokes our access. We use this access solely to read reviews and, with your approval, publish replies you have personally approved.

CoreReview uses AI models to generate draft replies only. Drafts are suggestions; no reply is published without your explicit approval. Review text may be sent to our AI provider strictly to generate the draft and is not used to train third-party foundation models.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, encrypted storage, role-based access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.

CoreReview relies on trusted providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, email delivery, and AI processing. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual data protection commitments.

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@corereview.app. We will permanently delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
