Terms of Service

By creating an account or using CoreReview, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

CoreReview is in early access. Features, plans and pricing may change as we improve the product. We'll tell you before any change that affects what you pay.

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and tell us promptly about any unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business you connect.

CoreReview connects to your Google Business Profile only with your explicit authorization. CoreReview is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. Your use of Google Business Profile remains governed by Google's terms.

You remain responsible for every review reply you publish through CoreReview, including its content, tone, accuracy, and compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.

CoreReview generates draft replies only. Drafts may contain inaccuracies. You must review and approve each draft before it is published, and you are solely responsible for the final published reply. If you turn on automatic approval in Settings, you authorize CoreReview to publish drafts for new reviews on your behalf, and you remain responsible for those replies.

Plans are billed monthly in advance. During early access, payment is made by Venmo or another method we agree with you in writing. A one-time setup fee may apply; we may waive it, for example for founding customers. Your account is activated once we confirm your payment. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@corereviewai.com or by deleting your account. Your access continues through the end of the month you have paid for. If a monthly payment is not received, we may pause your account until it is.

CoreReview, including the software, branding, and content we provide, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You keep ownership of your business data and the content you provide.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreReview will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to the platform or other users. You may close your account at any time.

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we'll notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use CoreReview after that means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
