By creating an account or using CoreReview, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

CoreReview connects to your Google Business Profile only with your explicit authorization. CoreReview is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. Your use of Google Business Profile remains governed by Google's terms.

You remain responsible for every review reply you publish through CoreReview, including its content, tone, accuracy, and compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.

CoreReview generates draft responses only. Drafts may contain inaccuracies. You must review and approve each draft before it is published. You are solely responsible for the final published reply.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

CoreReview, including the software, branding, and content we provide, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data and content you provide to the service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreReview will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to the platform or other users. You may close your account at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CoreReview is established, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
